- Do you charge Medical Aid rates? Yes

How long are your appointments? All appointments are 45 minutes long.
- Do I need a referral from my doctor? No, Physiotherapists are registered with the H.P.C.S.A as front line practioners.
- I have had an x-ray/scan/ referral letter should I bring in the report? Yes
- What clothing should I wear ? Loose comfortable fitting clothing. Ideally shorts for a lower limb injury. If you are a runner with a lower limb injury you may bring in your running shoes.
- Can you submit directly to my medical aid? Yes but please check with your medical aid to fully understand what funding may be available for out patient physiotherapy.
- Is there parking close by? There is ample secure parking in the Artem Shopping centre.
- Can I pay with cash and/or credit card? Yes we have credit card facilities and there are ATM's in the shopping centre.
- Do you teach Pilates one on one and in classes? Yes. If you are new to pilates we advise doing at least a couple one on one sessions to understand the basic principles and correct techniques for each exercise.
- Do you do home visits? Yes by arrangement. Added travel costs are applicable.
